G2 Esports’ League of Legends coach Fabian’GrabbZ’ Lohamann revealed G2 managed to conquer Fnatic in LEC finals under the advice of ruler Luka’Perkz’ Perkovic. G2 were crowned once they defeated Fnatic 3-2 in a thriller. When they were 2-1 down, things did not look great for them but they managed to turn things around and secure a critical triumph in Athens. GrabbZ has shown Perkz stepped up in moments to guide his team to success. He said:”I have to praise Perkz. He has a head of steel and he is a complete monster in regards to a 2-1 situation. You simply know for certain that he’d play in that sort of game. “He is the kind of guy that his team may hold onto and you can trust him to direct you to victory. He was the main voice in game five – he said before the show that if he got his hands Syndra, it would be a win that is free. So in the game, make him and we chose to offer Syndra to him the focus. “All credit to him according to usual, moving up from SKT, RNG and Fnatic two, you know being 1-2 down really is the comfort zone.” G2’s jungler Marcin’Jankos’ Jankowski also picked . GrabbZ, who jokes about having a connection that is temperamental with Jankos, couldn’t help but acknowledge the jungler has had a wonderful season. He explained:”Jankos are my MVP of this season too. We’ve got this banter on where we pretend to not enjoy each other going. Each and every day, he gets on my nerves and I just need to leave and go home when I see him. However, he is very very good at League of also a wonderful teammate and Legends. He fully deserves his MVP title” Although GrabbZ isn’t part of their on-stage staff when his side are playing in the LEC, he’s still very much part of the broadcast. The G2 trainer has become a small meme along with his throws. He explained:”I really do it today for the memes. Yes, once we proceed from playing to trolling I get frustrated, amazingly but it’s also a combination with understanding that I am not a trainer, I’m also an entertainer. So it is always best to provide the audiences a reason. That is what G2 are all about, we’re not athletes or simply a League of Legends team. The national and global dominance of g2 this year means they have become among the favorites. GrabbZ, who is aware of the expectations, considers they do have a good probability of winning the championship. He explained:”Being the favourites is always iffy because we haven’t beaten teams like IG however or faced a number of the other regions. “We think we’ve got a fantastic opportunity but we don’t find ourselves as the assured winners. When we prepare and play our game, we’ve got a fantastic chance at winning. I think I would be disappointed if we do not achieve the final although it is dependent upon the conditions.” G2 qualified as Europe seed for Worlds meaning they’ve advanced straight to the group stages – starting October 12.
