For those of you who’ve spent any time in a Las Vegas recently, you will have seen the surge in advertising for sports betting apps. While mobile gambling has long been a prestige at the international sportsbooks (visit our top 5 list here, it has become a new and flourishing trend in the Sin City. This is a move that’s far welcomed by the sport community as a whole and it opens up a ton of advantages for the conventional sports bettor. Let’s touch on the great number of advantages that this brings about for the bettor. Advantages to Sports Betting Apps 1. No waiting in line at sports counter: There might be nothing more frustrating then trying to run up to the counter to place a bet before a game starts only to come across the line ten people deep! This all but guarantees that you will not get your wager in on time. This is commonplace throughout football season and while other large sporting events are happening, like March Madness. With the sports gambling apps, one is actually a couple clicks away from getting their bet placed. 2. No longer missing tickets: One just has to do a quick Google search on”missing sportsbook tickets” to observe the assortment of topics that sports bettors have experienced with lost tickets. Whether the room maid pulled out your ticket or you dropped it after an evening of heavy drinking, this is an all-too-common event. In the online world, the cash from the winning ticket is automatically deposited to your account, thus eliminating all lost tickets. 3. Bet from anyplace (from Nevada): While checking out the most recent lines, you noticed that the chances dropped on your Washington Nationals from -170 to -130. This wager today makes sense to you. The challenge is that your wife (spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend( or whomever) convinced you to go to tour the Hoover Dam this day and you are miles away from the nearest sportsbook. Well, now using all the sport app revolution, you are able to place this wager throughout the tour. Each of the applications utilize geolocation in your telephone and this decides if you are in the state of Nevada. If you are not, then the applications won’t operate on your telephone to their fullest capability (i.e. you will not have the ability to make bets). 4. Get best chances from variety of books: Even though we buried this point at #4, it is undoubtedly the most important of all of the items we cite here. Every sportsbook carries slightly different odds. To see the different lines that you can find on baseball, as an instance, see MLB odds at different Las Vegas sportsbooks. We recommend that you puts money in three or more accounts to benefit from the best pricing that the various books provide. This way, wherever you are at in Nevada, an individual can shop around to find the best odds available. 5. Live betting: Lastly, we absolutely love the ability to dwell wager matches! In all sports, action moves way too quickly for live betting to be realistic in the standard sense of sports gambling (return and read our first reason for loving the sports gambling app revolution). However, with the ability to wager at your fingertips, live gambling becomes possible. Before we proceed, you will find two quick notes. One, we have reviewed the CG Technology app and it doesn’t even come close to creating the record. It’s marred with crashes and an extremely poor design. Two, there were rumors which Caesar’s will have an app ready by football season in 2017. If and when this happens, then we will update this review. We proceed to our listing of top sports betting apps. Best Nevada Sports Betting Apps This list now only includes the sports betting apps that we’ve reviewed. #10 — B Associated Sports The B Connected Sports program is not a bad app whatsoever and is endorsed by Boyd Gaming, which has a lot of casinos that are off the strip. Now, there simply isn’t anything to set this app apart from the top programs on this listing. Links to Download: B Connected Sports for Android / B Associated Sports for iOS #9 — Treasure Island Mobile Sports The program (built by Miomni) is solid. The downside is that Treasure Island doesn’t have a massive offering of sport in their book. To find this program, an individual has to have a Treasure Island Player’s Club card (that is fairly standard). Yet another drawback is that betting through the app doesn’t get you some specials rewards or points with all the Player’s Club. In other words, there is actually no good reason to with this app over some of the better ones farther down this list. On a positive side note, there is not any greater location than Treasure Island to play Blackjack on the strip! Links to Download: TI Mobile Sports for Android / TI Mobile Sports for iOS #8 — CG Technology An individual can make the argument that this is a good program to have so that you have a variety in odds, but this is the only reason we’d now recommend it. We found this app to be bothersome buggy and not particularly user friendly. However, as our last review on this program there are a lot of bug fixes that have made this app a lot more stable than previously. If CG Technology can keep this trajectory in tact then they could move up this record come football season. Links to Download: CG Sports for Android / CG Sports for iOS #7 — PlayMGM PlaymgmFor now, the PlayMGM program has many more negatives then positives. We will begin with the drawbacks. First, we absolutely can not stand the first home screen of this app. In every other sports betting app that we employed, one simply has to type in their password or pin to log into the device. PlayMGM home display PlayMGM Home Screen Together with the PlayMGM app, you have to type your pin and then your date of birth every single time. Secondly, once within the program, the home webpage interface is cluttered and convoluted (see image to the right). We can not really be sure what the app makers were thinking here. It seems like their attempt was to create the biggest games simple to discover, but what you are left with is a hodgepodge of games all over the monitor. This makes finding a game harder then if a simple interface was used. Third, which is not actually the fault of this program, the odds at MGM would be the worst which you will find in Vegas. If anyone can find a sportsbook that requires a greater vig, then please send us a message and tell us. Last, the bets that are created do not tie in anyway to the MLife program. On the positive side, the PlayMGM app does work very well. We’ve yet to encounter any crashes, major hiccups, or another sort of drawback regarding using this program. PlayMGM also among a couple sports gambling apps that features live gambling! And with live betting, MGM pretty much knocks it out of the park with options on a lot of games and a seamless procedure to receive those bets in quickly. While this app surely needs some work, we believe that it is a pretty decent start for PlayMGM. Links to Download: PlayMGM for Android / PlayMGM for iOS #6 — Wynn Wynn SportsThe program was constructed and is powered by Miomni Gambling that’s a company that has built some of the sportsbook apps for Nevada casinos. Their apps are usually very well done and the work they did together with the Wynn didn’t disappoint. Wynn Sports App As is a common theme that you will see in this blog, there isn’t too much disparity between the apps that were made by Miomni Gaming. Their arrangement and appearance is quite consistent across the board and there are limited differences. With that said, the things that place the programs apart are usually in the way the sportsbooks operate themselves. The Wynn does not require much promoting as they are renowned as a superb property! The signup in the property was fairly regular. One needs to fill out a lot of forms and also a W-9 and wait about ten minutes as a customer support representatives inputs all the information to a computer. The first deposit is instantly deposited along with the bettor is ready to go. The app interface is solid and consistent. Like MGM however, the Wynn is slightly slow to get their lines out for competitions. Unlike MGM, however, the Wynn has aggressive lines with a very low vig and a choice of sports that matches the top sportsbooks in Las Vegas. Links to Download: Wynn Sports for Android / Wynn Sports for iOS #5 — NV Sports NV Sports logoNV Sports is your app That’s backed by the mythical South Point Casino and the Rampart Casino at Summerlin. NV Sports Home Screen NV Sports Home Screen The very first thing we really like about the program is that it does not seem like most of the others. The interface is straightforward and efficient that every category of games coming with an accompanying logo. A very cool feature (the amazingly nobody else has done yet) is the”Enabled” feature which shows on the display allowing the consumer to understand whether the games are able to be bet. Though the South Point Sports Book is open 24 hours a day, the sport program has more limited hours at the range of 9am to 11pm (though this varies by day and can be subject to change). A good benefit to incorporating the NV Sports app to your arsenal is that they are in the upper-tier of sportsbooks concerning line offerings. In other words, they have greater odds than most sportsbooks and is consequently a location you can get the most value. Links to Download: NV Sports for Android / NV Sports for iOS #4 — Caesar’s Sports Caesar’s SportsThough Caesar’s was very late in the game in receiving their app to advertise, they finally released the product in December of 2017. The program was done by Miomni Gaming and as mentioned before, there really isn’t much to differentiate this app from others which were made by them. The one advantage that does set Caesar’s apart from the Wynn is you do get Reward Credits and Tier Credits as you would if you placed a bet in one of the Caesar’s property sportsbooks. The credits now take about 48 hours to appear in your Total Rewards account, but Caesar’s is working in an update to make this happen in real-time. This program remains a work-in-progress, and for now, we will slot Caesar’s here in the 4th place. Links to Download: Caesar’s Sports for Android / Caesar’s Sports for iOS #3 — Westgate Westgate Superbook Program Westgate Baseball Menu Westgate Baseball Menu Frankly, narrowing the top three wasn’t an easy job as all the subsequent 3 apps can make a case to become #1. The Superbook at the Westgate now sits on top of this list for our Top 5 Las Vegas Sportsbooks and their app provides all the very same chances that their brick-and-mortar business uses. Among the biggest benefit of working with the Westgate Superbook app is that their breadth of options for betting. Only considering baseball, an individual can see in the picture on the best the alternatives for alternative run lines, home runs, the Cy Young award, etc.. As we write this review, we could not find any other sportsbook programs that had these options to wager and this is just baseball! The Superbook also covers a vast array of”Automobiles”, Australian Rules Football, and school baseball playoffs to name a couple. Further, the Superbook typically has the cheapest vig of all the sportsbooks, so there is nowhere you can go to get more value for your money. If all this were not sufficient, the Superbook currently has the best rewards program going with each $3.30 bet earning a stage in the Westgate Player’s Club. With each 100 points equaling a $1 at free stuff, some huge stakes can earn you a generous number of freebies! There are two downsides to using the Superbook program. One is that they seem to be somewhat limited in the amount of events that one can live wager. Two, and this is a little one, is that we didn’t receive any bonus for signing up. All said and done, we certainly think this app has to be added to your arsenal of sports gambling apps! Links to Download: Superbook for Android / Superbook for iOS #2 — STN Sports STN Sports AppSTN Sports is a part of the Stations Casino brand that owns and runs are all number of casinos that are located away from the primary strip in vegas. As a side note, if you have not been to one of these casinos then we highly recommend checking them out. Across the board, these are well-run casinos in Las Vegas and their machines have the most aggressive odds in town. This program can also be made by Miomni Gaming and, as we mentioned above, they do an excellent job with their apps. There are a variety of items that we adore about this app. To begin with, once your initial bet is made, you’re automatically given thirty bucks in free play to utilize within an Stations Casino. Secondly, this is one of just two sportsbook programs that currently ties into the rewards program (which can be found at SCLV). For every dollar wager online sport, the bettor has one point and one credit in their player’s club card. Right now, 100 points equivalent a dollar, and all of this may be used free of charge play, dining or other amenities in the casinos. This advantage was that the deciding factor in placing STN Sports ahead of this Superbook program. The one disadvantage for STN Sports is that their lack of live gambling on most occasions, but that is actually the only downside to the STN Sports program. Overall, it ought to be obvious that we provide this one quite high marks as it comes in at #2 on our list. Links to Download: StationsSports for Android / / StationsSports for iOS #1 — William Hill William Hill Sports AppLast however, we come to our present preferred sports gaming program in William Hill. A sportsbook based from the uk, William Hill began placing their footprints at the U.S. over the last five decades or so. They’re a very reputable book and their business is well respected. William Hill Betting Screen William Hill Betting Screen The sole downside to William Hill is that it is a third party sportsbook that does not tie to any casino’s rewards program. This isn’t a terribly huge disadvantage since STN Sports is now the only app that rewards the bettor by using their player’s club. We put the William Hill Program at #1 for a couple of important factors. To start, they’ll pay a free 10% marketing on any first deposit up to $500. This comes with a 1x rollover, therefore if $500 is deposited then you may see their $50 bonus after they make their first $500 in bets. Second, the betting interface is very well designed and easy to use. An individual can see in the example to the right what the betting screen looks like for Major League Baseball. Third, William Hill puts a close second to the Superbook at the number of sports betting choices they have available. Lastly, and it’s the thing that really sets William Hill aside, is their wide assortment of event choice for live betting. This is, by far, the most impressive live betting platform that we reviewed within their thickness, options and usability. So, for now, William Hill is the top sports book app! We’ll review these apps every six months or so and provide updates and changes if there are not any!
